SSO Quest for "The Old King's Road"

Quest Made By: Madelyn Autumndew

You hear some faint mumbling behind the rocks and stone.

How do I get past? You decide to ask Elizabeth, after all she did help you blow up those rocks covering the path to Nic’s Stoneground Camp in Valley of the Hidden Dinosaur.

”Madelyn? What’s wrong? Woah, woah, woah, slow down! You say you heard mumbling behind some rocks past the Iron Gate?”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

”I’m afraid I don’t know what you’re talking about. I’d have to see for myself what you mean.”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Take Elizabeth to the rubble pile.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

”I hear the mumbling. But I only know of one way to get rid of this rubble.”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“We need more kallstones. And my rune stick! I might have some kallstones on the table next to my house. And my rune staff is next to my stairs.”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Go get Elizabeth’s rune staff and the kallstones.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

”Thank you. Now place the kallstones in front of the rubble pile. Then come back here and focus on set the kallstones on fire like you did last time.”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dismount and place the little stones. Go back to Elizabeth and use your rune staff.

KaBOOM!

”Good job! Now go find out where that mumbling is coming from!”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Follow the path and try not to fall or get hit by falling rocks.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You hear the mumbling louder. You can make out some words but the rest sounds like gibberish.

“Stupid… coming...good rubble pile… them out…”

You keep walking until you see a person.

”OUT! HOW DID YOU GET HERE? GET OUT!” He chases you out to Elizabeth.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

”Madelyn? Who was that? You think it was an important man? Umm… If you think so Madelyn… You’ve never been wrong before… but I would ask Mayor Klaus.”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Go ask Mayor Klaus about the man.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

”You say you saw a strange man. You don’t mean Mayor Mad? Do you?”

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

”Who’s Mayor Mad? Only the worst king ever. He was king of ____ before he went completely mad. Insane. Poor man.”

”No one knows what made him so mad, but he blocked everyone from coming in and banned all of his villagers. That man is bad new- wait, how did you get past the rocks..."
